It was April 6, 1993, the Green Bay Packers had a raw, but remarkably gifted quarterback named Brett Favre, an improving roster and a historically aggressive general manager named Ron Wolf.
Wolf, who was named to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2015, then shocked the football world by convincing defensive end Reggie White to sign a four-year, $17 million free agent contract with Green Bay.
