Mike McCarthy has fired one coordinator, forced another to quit and dumped two assistants in a futile attempt to upgrade special teams when everyone should know by now the problem is the person looking at the Green Bay Packers coach in the mirror every morning.
No other conclusion is remotely possible because McCarthy is the only constant in the Packers’ appallingly awful showing on special teams since he was hired.
