This is the kind of defensive effort the Green Bay Packers need if they are going to be contenders in the second half of this season.
Playing against a make-shift Miami Dolphins offensive line, the Packers defense did not allow a touchdown, recorded six sacks and forced two turnovers on the way to a 31-12 win at 31-degree Lambeau Field.
The win moved the Packers (4-4-1) to .500 on the season and kept them in the hunt for a playoff spot in the NFC. It also kept them undefeated (4-0-1) at home this season.
