It was a season of disappointment and decay for the Green Bay Packers.
That was reflected in the final football totals in bobmcginnfootball.com’s “Grading the Packers” weekly feature.
Eight of the nine position groups for the Packers marked a decrease in total number of footballs compared to last season, which was the 26th and last time that I wrote it for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
Only one position, defensive backs, showed an increase from 2016. Still, it was a very slight increase because the defensive backs had the lowest number of footballs a year ago.
