General manager Brian Gutekunst didn’t mention the name of Damarious Randall but it really wasn’t necessary.
Randall was one of the Green Bay Packers’ most divisive players in recent years. Neither players nor coaches could trust him, and some didn’t like being around him, either.
High-strung and emotional, Randall took himself out of games at a trace of injury. The last straw might have come when he declined to play the last two games of a 7-7 season after being listed as questionable with a knee.
