When Aaron Rodgers attended Butte College in 2002, he took a coaching class that also focused on leadership.
The class was taught by Russ Critchfield, a former American Basketball Association player and Butte’s men’s basketball coach since 1998.
“I learned a lot about leadership and a lot about myself,” Rodgers said in a 2014 interview.
Some might argue Rodgers skipped a few classes after he criticized Mike McCarthy’s offense earlier this year, undressed his receivers on and off the field, and rarely accepted blame for Green Bay’s disappointing season.
