Virginia Tech’s Yosuah “Yosh” Nijman looks like an ideal free agent for an NFL team looking for a tackle.
The Green Bay Packers agreed to terms with Nijman shortly after the draft. They didn’t draft a tackle despite having clear-cut need at the position.
“I chose Green Bay because they really didn’t choose that many offensive linemen besides Elgton Jenkins,” Nijman said Saturday night. “I think they’re pretty thin in the offensive line. I figured they could use someone that can learn, someone they can teach.”
